摘要
内蒙古兰太实业股份有限公司两台75 t/h流化床锅炉经过近10 a的运行,锅炉中心筒存在严重变形,分离器的分离效率下降,锅炉循环返料量减少,烟气中的飞灰大量进入尾部烟道,导致省煤器、空预器磨损加剧,降低其使用周期,并且锅炉床温偏高、负荷上不去。介绍了中心筒技术改造,提高锅炉返料量、减小尾部磨损和降低床温。
Two 75 t / h fluidized bed boilers run nearly 10 years in Inner Mongolia Lantai Industrial Co.,Ltd.. The center tube of boiler has been severely distorted. The separation efficiency of the cyclone decreased,the boiler circulation returned material to reduce the amount of fly ash in the flue gas,most into the tail flue,which led to the economizer,air preheater increasing wear,reducing the using period of the boiler and the high bed temperature,load not going up. This paper introduces the technological transformation of the center of the cylinder,improvement of boiler recycle rate,reduction of wear and the tail of the bed temperature.
