摘要
特岗教师是在教育改革与基础教育发展的新要求下,为了落实中央解决农村师资力量薄弱的现实困境,提高农村教师队伍的整体素质,促进城乡教育均衡发展而形成的特殊教师群体。作为特殊的教师群体,有必要对这一群体的整体状况给予充分了解,以更好地指导未来的特岗教师队伍建设和完善发展对策。本研究通过对梨树县特岗教师的问卷调查,从教师的所学专业与学科一致性,专业发展现状和认同感三个方面入手,试图准确掌握特岗教师的专业对口情况,特岗教师专业发展整体水平,以及特岗教师是否对自己的职业具有较高认知水平,职业情感状态是否良好等,为相关教育管理部门和管理者提供一定的借鉴。
The policy of teachers for underdeveloped rural areas is the result of basic education reform. It aims at handling the insufficiency of teaching resources in rural areas,improving the overall quality of rural teachers and promoting the balanced development of the urban and rural education. As a special group,it is necessary for them to be fully understood in the overall condition in order to better guide the construction of the future work of teachers for underdeveloped rural areas and improve countermeasures. This study,by questionnaire survey of the teachers of Lishu county,is conducted from three aspects: specialty and discipline consistency,professional development status,and identity. The study tries to grasp accurately the consistence of specialty and teaching,the overall level of their professional development, their understanding of their position, and their professional emotion.
