方氏头针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Fangshi scalp acupuncture for Treating Celvical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:观察方氏头针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用方氏头针治疗,对照组采用传统电针法治疗,针刺为1次/d,每星期治疗5次,10次为1个疗程,1个疗程后,每周复诊2次,共治疗1个月。观察2组临床疗效;治疗前后2组疼痛指数(PRI)积分差值比较,目测类比疼痛评分法(VAS),现在疼痛状况(PPI)。结果:方氏头针与传统电针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效相当(P>0.05),但方氏头针平均治疗时间比对照组短(P<0.01),另外PRI感觉分、PR情绪分、PRI总分、VAS、PPI方氏头针组镇痛效果优于传统电针组。结论:方氏头针组治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Fangshi scalp acupuncture for treating nerve root type of cervical spondylosis.Methods;Sixty cases with celvical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups——a treatment group30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The treatment group received Fangshi scalp acupuncture and the control group with conventional electroacupuncture method.Both groups were performed one time/day,5 times/week.Two week as a course,and a review of case was given after every two courses.The treatment lasted for a month.To observe the clinical efficacy,pain index（PRI）,visual analogue pain score（VAS）,and pain condition（PPI） of the two groups.Results;The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group without statistical difference（P〉0.05）.However,treatment duration of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group with a significant difference（P〈0.01）.In addition,the treatment group performed better than the control group in the aspects of PRI feeling points,PRI emotion points PRI score,VAS,and PPI.Conclusion;Fangshi scalp acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on celvical spondylotic radiculopathy.
