摘要
目的:采用HPLC建立铁包金按摩膏中铁包金中大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的含量测定方法,比较铁包金超微粉与饮片中上述3种成分的含量。方法:Hypersil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.2%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:290 nm;柱温:25℃。结果:大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的线性范围分别为1.13~51μg/mL(r^2=0.999 9)、1.27~57μg/mL(r^2=0.999 5)和2.22~40μg/mL(r^2=0.999 8),加样回收率分别为99.58%、99.47%和99.27%,RSD值分别为1.18%、1.49%和1.52%。结论:该方法灵敏度高,精密度好,对比超微粉末与饮片中3种成分含量发现,在相同提取方法中.超微粉中3种成分含量明显高于饮片,超微粉技术可提高铁包金中3种化学成分的提取率。
Objective;Using HPLC to determine the contents of emodin,chrvsoplianol.and physcion in Berchemia Lineala,which was used to produce berchemia lineata massage cream,and to compare the he extraction rales of these three components in the berchemia lineata submicron powder and slices.Methods;Using C_(18) column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),reverse HPLC,mobile phase:water with 0.2%formic acid,ethanol.Gradient elution system were made in this methond.Flow velocity:1.0 mL/min.Column temperature;25 ℃.Determine wavelength;290 nm.Results;The linear range of Emodin,chrvsoplianol,and physcion in berchemia lineata are 1.13-51 μg/ml(r^2 =0.999 9),1.27- 57 μg/ml(r^2 = 0.999 5) and 2.22- 40 μg/ml(r^2=0.9998) respectively.The standard recovery of emodin.chrvsoplianol.and physcion are 100.67%with RSD 1.59%,99.72%with RSD 1.20%and 100.29%with RSD 1.09%respectively.Conclusion;This method has high accuracy and sensitivity.Also,under the same extraction method,the contents of three components in submicron powder are obviously higher than those in the slices,meaning that ultra structure-powder technique could improve the extraction efficiency of these three components.
