自升式平台悬臂梁强度分析与负荷试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 悬臂梁作为自升式钻井平台的关键结构,其强度直接关系到平台的安全性能。本文以某400英尺自升式钻井平台为研究对象,运用有限元软件MSC.Patran/Nastran对悬臂梁结构进行有限元计算,依据ABS MODU规范选取危险工况,对悬臂梁的结构强度进行校核,确定应力较大区域。同时,对悬臂梁的变形值进行数值计算,与该平台悬臂梁负荷试验结果进行比较,验证悬臂梁数值计算方法的可靠性,为悬臂梁结构设计以及负荷试验提供有力指导。 The cantilever beam is the key part of a jack-up drilling unit. The structural strength of the cantilever beam has a significant effect on the safety and the performance of the unit. Take a 400 ft jack-up drilling unit cantilever beam as an example,the finite element calculation of it was carried out by using MSC.Patran / Nastran. Based on the ABS MODU,the structural strength was checked for most dangerous load cases and as a result,the areas with high stresses were found. Meanwhile,the deformation of the cantilever beam was also obtained from the finite element analysis and it was compared with this from load test. The accuracy of the finite element method was proved. It provides guidance for structural design of the cantilever beam and load test.
