摘要
密封环是某型导弹发射装置的重要组成部分,主要起密封发射工质气体的作用,承压性能是其重要研究内容之一。在密封环研制过程中,存在导弹表面安装电缆罩和不安装电缆罩2种状态。本文采用有限元分析软件Abaqus对密封环在以上2种状态下的变形情况开展仿真计算,并对建模过程、边界条件计算方法进行详细说明。通过比较计算结果中密封环唇边参考点的位移数据,结果表明电缆罩对密封环承压性能的影响较小。
The seal is an important part of the missile launcher,the main emission is sealing gas,the pressure is one of the most important research content. In the development process of the seal,the paper analyzed the deformation of the seal with two states of the missile surface with the cable cover and without the cable cove by the Abaqus. And modeling process and boundary conditions calculation method is described in detail. By comparing the calculated results of the seal lip reference point displacement data,the result shows less effect of the cable cover on the seal pressure performance.
