采用户外直接阳光法参加标准太阳电池短路电流测量能力验证的研究

摘要 参加国家认证认可监督管理委员会2014年组织的标准太阳电池在STC条件下短路电流测量能力验证,采用户外直接阳光法,与参考太阳电池相对比较、测量3个标准太阳电池样品的短路电流,测量结果扩展不确定度Urel=2.0%,En值=0.2~0.5。验证结果表明户外直接阳光法测量标准太阳电池短路电流,准确可靠,具有很好的实用效果。 The short circuit current measurement of the standard solar cells is one of the proficiency testing programs, which organized by National Attestation Approves Supervisory Management Committee in 2014. Our research team measure the short circuit current of three standard solar cell samples by using direct sunlight method, then correct the results based on the reference solar cell, the expanded uncertainty is U_(rel)=2.0%, EN value =0.2 ~0.5. The results show that it is accurate and reliable to measure the short circuit current of the standard solar cells by using the direct sunlight method, the kind of method has a good practical effect.
