介绍了安全阀在线校验的基本原理,以PX芳烃装置C702脱庚烷塔上的易燃易爆介质安全阀为实例进行在线校验技术现场试验,分析了易燃易爆介质安全阀在线校验的注意事项、安全防护及操作步骤,推广易燃易爆介质安全阀在线校验技术在石化行业的应用。
The paper introduces the basic principle of safety valve on-line calibration. The field test of on-line calibration technology is conducted through the example of flammable and explosive medium safety valve which is installed in the C702 heptane tower of PX aromatics plant. The matters needing attention, safety protection and operating steps of on-line calibration of flammable and explosive medium are analyzed. The application of on-line calibration technology of flammable and explosive medium in petrochemical industry is introduced.
