中西医结合治疗对乳腺肿瘤微创旋切术的影响研究

Research on the Effect of Therapy of Integrated Medicine for the Minimal Invasion Surgery of Breast Tumor

目的探讨中医治疗对乳腺肿瘤微创旋切术的影响。方法随机抽取2012年3月—2015年6月我院收治的204例乳腺良性肿瘤患者的临床资料。按照随机数字表法将患者均分为实验组和对照组,各102例。对照组患者采取超声引导下微创旋切术治疗。实验组在对照组治疗的基础上,采取中医治疗。观察两组患者术后48h疼痛评分、住院时间、切口愈合时间、术后生活质量评分。结果实验组患者术后48h疼痛评分低于对照组,住院时间、切口愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医治疗对乳腺肿瘤微创旋切术有较好的疗效,患者术后疼痛较轻,住院时间和切口愈合时间较短,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of therapy of TCM for the minimal invasion surgery of breast neoplasms. Methods Collecting clinical data of 204 cases of patients with breast benign tumor in our hospital from March 2013 to June 2015, they were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, and each group had 102 cases. The control group was treated by minimally invasive surgery guided by ultrasound. On the basis of the control group, the experiment group was treated by therapy of TCM. The postoperative pain score within 48h, hospitalization, incision healing time and postoperative score of quality of life were compared. Results The postoperative pain score within 48h of the experiment group was lower than that of the control group, the hospitalization and incision healing time of the experiment group were shorter than those of the control group, and differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） . The postoperative score of quality of life of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The therapy of TCM has good clinical effect on the minimally invasive surgery of breast tumor, and patients have less postoperative pain. It has shorter hospitalization and incision healing time, and has high values of clinical application.
