骨炎膏外敷治疗急性膝关节滑膜炎30例

External Application of Guyan Ointment in Treating Acute Synovitis of Knee Joint for 30 Cases

目的观察骨炎膏外敷治疗急性膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法将60例符合诊断标准的患者,按住院先后顺序分为治疗组30例(给予骨炎膏外敷配合口服滑膜炎颗粒),对照组30例(口服滑膜炎颗粒),2周为1个疗程,并在治疗后分别对两组进行疗效评估。结果经2个疗程治疗,观察组患者的总有效率为96.7%,明显优于对照组的83.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨炎膏外敷对膝关节急性滑膜炎病人的功能恢复有积极意义,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of external application of Guyan ointment in treating acute synovitis of knee joint. Methods 60 cases of patients met the diagnostic criteria were divided into treatment group and control group in chronological order, and each group had 30 cases. The treatment group was given external application of Guyan ointment combined with oral Huamoyan granule. The control group took orally Huamoyan granule. 2 weeks was a course of treatment. After treatment, the curative effect of the two groups was evaluated. Results After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7% which was significantly better than 83.3% of the control group, and difference was was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The external application of Guyan ointment for the function recovery of patients with acute synovitis of knee joint has a positive meaning, and it is worthy of clinical application.
