中西医结合治疗心血管神经症40例

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Neurosis for 40 Cases

目的分析中西医结合治疗心血管神经症的临床应用效果。方法选择我院2014年1月—2015年1月收治的心血管神经症患者80例,将其随机分成实验组和对照组各40例,对照组患者给予西药治疗,实验组患者给予中西医结合治疗。结果实验组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著优于对照组患者,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗心血管神经症具有比较显著的疗效,不但能对患者心脏植物神经功能进行有效调节,而且还能有效缓解患者临床症状,安全可靠,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis. Methods Selecting 80 cases of patients with cardiovascular neurosis in our hospital between January 2014 and January 2015, they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and each group had 40 cases. The control group was given Western medicine. The experimental group was given therapy of integrated medicine. Results The total effective rate of the clinical therapy of the experimental group was significant better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis has significant curative effect, not only can effectively regulate the function of the autonomic nervous system, but also can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients. It is safe and reliable, and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
