中医院校开设现代医学科研能力课程的必要性——以山东中医药大学为例

Studies on the Necessity of Setting up the Modern Medical Scientific Research Technology in Colleges of Traditional Chinese Medicine——Taking Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an Example

目的了解中医类专业大学生的科研兴趣及需求现状,发现现有实验教学及科研培训中的问题,摸索一套早起步培养中医药科研精英人才的模式。方法我们精心挑选了16个有代表性的问题,设计了一份调查问卷,对山东中医药大学5年制中医学、中西医结合、针灸推拿专业的450名同学进行了调查。结果调查结果表明,中医类专业的本科生研究能力明显不足。80%的学生对现代医学研究技术抱有正确的认识、浓厚的兴趣及积极的态度。他们强烈希望参加现代科研技术培训、得到科研老师丰富的充分指导,提升自己的科研能力。同时,同学们普遍认为科研应该服务于临床,科研训练应该与中医临床相结合。结论为中医类大学生开设现代医学科研能力辅修课程不仅是势在必行的事,也应该是行之有效的方法。

Objective To understand the current situation of research interests and needs of students of traditional Chinese medicine, to find the problems in the existing experimental teaching and scientific research training, and to grope for an early start mode of elite talent cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine research. Methods A questionnaire including sixteen representative problems elaborately selected was designed. 450 students of 5-year-education-system in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, combined- Chinese-and-Westero medicine, acupuncture and massage specialty, were investigated. Results The results showed that the research ability of undergraduate students of traditional Chinese medicine is obviously insufficient, and 80% of the students had correct understanding of modem medical research techniques, strong interests and positive attitude. They strongly hoped to participate in the modern scientific research and technology training to get the full guidance from scientific research faculty, and improved their scientific research ability. At the same time, students generally believed that scientific research should serve the clinical needs and scientific research, and training should be integrated with clinical medicine.
