摘要
教学资源不足,传统的教学理念忽视临床动手能力的培养,中医信息抽象、模糊,对中医自信的缺乏,对四诊技能以及辨证思维重视不足,严重影响了教学质量。基于信息技术的中医诊断学实践教学研究与实践通过拓展和完善教学资源,改革教学方法和教学模式,创新与完善教学手段,逐步形成具有现代信息技术特征的中医诊断学实践教学体系,显著提高了学生学习兴趣、实践动手能力和学习成绩。
Lacking of teaching resources, ignoring the cultivation of clinical ability in the traditional teaching, abstraction and obscure in Chinese medicine information, lacking of confidence in Chinese medicine and attention on four clinical skills and thinking of syndrome differentiation seriously affected the quality of teaching. Through expanding and improving the teaching resources, reforming the teaching methods and teaching mode, innovating and improving the teaching means, the research and practice on practical teaching in Diagnostics of TCM gradually formed the TCM diagnostics practice teaching system with characteristic of modern information technology, and significantly improved the students' learning interest, the ability to practice and academic performance.
