摘要
目的探讨急性白血病并发口腔感染应用中医护理思路效果。方法本次选取急性白血病并发口腔感染的患者36例,均为我院2014年5月—2015年5月收治,在诊治全程应用中医护理思路干预。结果本组36例患者,运用中医护理思路干预后,治愈率为100%,平均治愈时间为(6.1±0.3)d。护理满意度为97.2%,相较干预前,干预后SAS评分、SDS评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对临床急性白血病有口腔感染并发的患者,应用中医护理思路,可加快病情康复进程,改善预后,提高护理质量。
Objective To discuss the effect of TCM nursing in acute leukemia complicated with oral infection. Methods 36 cases of patients with acute leukemia complicated with oral infection in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015, which were given TCM nursing in the process of treatment. Results After the treatment, the cure rate was 100%, the average cure time was （6.1±0.3） d, nursing satisfaction was 97.2%, the SAS score and SDS score significant declined, and difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The TCM Nursing on acute leukemia complicated with oral infection can shorten the illness rehabilitation process, and improve the prognosis.
