摘要
目的通过总结甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病病患中西医结合护理体会,探讨适合甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病病患的护理方案。方法以随机方案选择本院内分泌科2011年6月—2015年6月收取同时予以救护的78例甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病病患(实验组),选择中西医结合护理;同期选择78例甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病病患(对照组)作为对比。结果与对照组进行对比,实验组血糖控制质量、甲状腺功能整体恢复水平等均表现出优势(P<0.05)。结论针对甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病病患,选择中西医结合护理可加快机体恢复,可推广。
Objective To explore suitable nursing plan on hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes through summarizing experience of integrated medicine nursing on hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes. Methods Cases of patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes in Department of Endocrinology from June 2011 to June 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and each group had 78 cases. The experimental group used integrated medicine nursing. Results Comparing with the control group, the experimental group showed advantages such as control quality of blood glucose and overall recovery of thyroid function （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The integrated medicine nursing on hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes can accelerate the body＇s recovery rate, and should be promoted.
