摘要
不寐乃脑病科常见病,可造成注意力不集中、记忆力减退、判断力和日常工作能力下降,影响人们的正常工作、生活、学习和健康。因此正确诊断与治疗不寐对人们的身心健康至关重要。然治疗多从"热"入手,少有从阳虚论治,以温阳为治疗之法者。文章从经典出发,结合笔者临床实践,论述温阳于治疗不寐之机理及应用,以资临床共鉴。
Insomnia is a common disease in encephalopathy, which not only reduced the ability of the attention, memory, judgment and daily work ability, but also affected people's normal work and life, learning and healthy. So the correct diagnosis and treatment of insomnia is definitely important to people's physical and mental health. But usual treatments always from the perspective of the " hot" , few of them started from the theory of yang deficiency based on the therapeutic principle of warming yang. This article embarked from the classic and clinical practice, discussed the mechanism and application of warming yang, and wished to be helpful in the clinical treatment.
