近来在疮疡类疾病的临床治疗方面中医药取得了较大的突破,中药作用机理研究也取得一定成果,研究表明中药具有免疫抑制复合伤口、加速胶原蛋白的合成、抗炎的作用。针灸对疮疡类疾病的治疗更具一定的特色,且能加速其相关疾病的愈合。本文从用药的临床、实验、针灸等方面进行探析。

Recently, traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of diseases of sore and ulcer has made great breakthrough. The research of the mechanism of TCM has also made some achievements. The research showed that Chinese medicine has effects of immunosuppressive compound wound, accelerating collagen synthesis and anti-inflammatory. Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of diseases of sore and ulcer had some characteristics, and can accelerate the healing of its related diseases. The paper made analysis from clinical practice, experiment, and acupuncture and moxibustion.
