穴位埋线联合益肾解郁汤对更年期综合征患者雌激素水平的影响

The Effect of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy combined with Yishen Jieyu Decoction on Estrogen of Climacteric Syndrome

目的穴位埋线联合自拟益肾解郁汤加味治疗女性更年期综合征的疗效以及对血清雌激素水平的影响。方法将170例患者随机分为治疗组1组(中药组)60例、治疗2组(中药+穴位埋线组)60例、对照组(西药组)50例,治疗1组采用口服自拟益肾解郁汤加味治疗,治疗2组采用口服自拟益肾解郁汤加味和穴位埋线治疗,对照组采用西药人工周期治疗。治疗3个月观察症状、体征,3组患者均于治疗前和疗程结束后检查肝肾功能、血尿常规、雌二醇(E2)、血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)。结果 (1)治疗1组、治疗2组有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗1组和治疗2组的有效率进行组间比较,治疗2组优于治疗1组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗1组和治疗2组的主要症状改善率均优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗2组的主要症状改善率优于治疗1组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)3组治疗后E2水平均显著升高,FSH及LH水平均显著下降(P<0.05),3组治疗后E2、FSH、LH比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合自拟益肾解郁汤加味治疗女性更年期综合征可有效调节性腺轴,改善临床症状,具有良好的治疗效果,且无明显副反应。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with Yishen Jieyu decoction in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome and its effects on serum estrogen. Methods 170 cases of patients were randomly divided into the following three groups： 60 patients in NO.1 treatment group（Chinese herb medicine group）, 60 patients in NO.2 treatment group（Chinese herb medicine and acupoint catgut embedding group） and 50 patients in control group（Western medicine group）. The patients in NO.1treatment group were treated with the oral administration of Yishen Jieyu decoction. Patients in NO.2 treatment group used the oral administration of Yishen Jieyu decoction and acupoint catgut embedding therapy. The control group adopted artificial periodic therapy of Western medicine. The symptoms and physical signs of patients after three-month-treatment were observed. All the patients should be given examinations on liver and kidney function, blood and urine routine, estrogen（E2）, follicle stimulating hormone（FSH） and luteinizing hormone（LH） before and after treatment. Results The effective rates of NO.1 treatment group and NO.2 treatment group were obviously higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, while the effective rate of NO.2 treatment group was higher than that of NO.1 treatment group（P〈0.05）.Both the improvement rate of main symptoms in NO.1 treatment group and NO.2 treatment group were higher than that of the control group,while the improvement rate of NO.2 treatment group was higher than that of NO.1 treatment group. The improvement rate is of statistical significance（P〈0.05）. After treatment, in all three groups, the level of E2 increased significantly, while the level of FSH and LH decreased significantly（P〈0.05）. There was no statistical significance in differences among the three groups after treatment（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with Yishen Jieyu decoction in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome can effectively regulate gonadal axis, improve the clinical symptoms, obtain excellent therapeutic effect, and no obvious side reaction.
