化瘀消石汤在泌尿系结石治疗中的应用

Application of Huayu Xiaoshi Decoction in the Treatment of Urinary Calculi

目的讨论化瘀消石汤治疗泌尿系结石中的原理及功效。方法选取2012年5月—2013年5月收治的210例泌尿系结石的患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,所有患者均经过泌尿系彩超、X线腹部平片、腹部CT及相关检查确诊为泌尿系结石,对照组给予体外冲击波碎石,治疗组在体外冲击波碎石的基础上加口服化瘀消石汤。比较两组患者治疗的有效率,尿红细胞值变化。结果治疗组的有效率为83.5%,复发率为4.6%。对照组有效率为66.3%,复发率为11.3%。治疗组的尿红细胞明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化瘀消石汤能弥补体外冲击波碎石术对肾脏的不良反应,明显提高泌尿系结石的排出率,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the principle and effect of Huayu Xiaoshi decoction in the treatment of urinary calculi. Methods 210 cases of urinary calculi patients in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All patients received urinary tract ultrasonography, abdominal X-ray plain film and CT of the abdomen and relevant examinations for urinary calculi. The control group was given extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy（ ESWL）, and the treatment group took orally Huayu Xiaoshi decoction on the basis of the ESWL. The effective rate of the two groups and the change of urine red blood cells were compared. Results The effective rate and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 83.5 % and 4.6%, respectively. The effective rate and the recurrence rate of the control group was 66.3% and 11.3%, respectively. The urine red blood cells in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huayu Xiaoshi decoction can make up for the adverse drug reactions of ESWL, significantly improve the removal rate of urinary calculi, and reduce the recurrence rate. It is worthy of clinical application.
