Experience of Professor Wang Xiuxia in Treating Infertility of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis

介绍王秀霞教授治疗肾虚血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病不孕经验。盆腔炎性疾病多由虚实夹杂为病,王老认为以肾虚为主,兼有血瘀、湿热等实邪。临床多以扶正与祛邪兼顾、祛湿与祛瘀兼用为原则。王秀霞教授,博士研究生导师,国家第三、四批带高徒名老中医,从事临床医疗教学工作50余年,具有丰富的临床经验和扎实的中医底蕴。笔者有幸师从左右,受益匪浅,现将其本病治疗经验整理归纳,以飨同行。

The article introduced the experience of Professor Wang Xiuxia in treating infertility of pelvic inflammatory disease of kidney defi-ciency and blood stasis. The pelvic inflammatory disease was mainly the intermingled deficiency and excess disease. Professor Wang believed that this disease was mainly kidney deficiency, and had excessive pathogen of both blood stasis and dampness-heat. In clinical practice,strengthening vital qi and eliminating pathogen, eliminating dampness and removing blood stasis were used as the principle. Prof. Wang, super-visor, who is the third, fourth batches distinguished veteran doctors of TCM. Prof. Wang has been engaged in clinical teaching for 50 years, and has accumulated a wealth of clinical experience and good solid foundation of traditional Chinese medicine. I have the honor to study and benefit from her. Now the experience of Professor Wang Xiuxia in the treatment of this disease was summarized, which would be shared with others.
