宣痹汤治疗湿热型类风湿关节炎60例

Xuanbi Decoction in Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis of Dampness-heat for 60 Cases

目的观察在常规西医治疗的基础上加用中药宣痹汤加减治疗湿热型类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法将60例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组30例采用常规西医治疗,治疗组30例在此基础上加用中药宣痹汤加减。结果治疗组显效6例,进步12例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率86.6%。对照组显效2例,进步6例,有效12例,无效10例,总有效率66.6%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗的基础上加用中药宣痹汤加减治疗湿热型类风湿关节炎疗效较佳。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Xuanbi decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of dampnessheat on the basis of conventional treatment of Western medicine. Methods 60 cases of patients with project requirements were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 30 cases in the control group were treated by routine Western medicine treatment. 30 cases in the treatment group took additionally modified Xuanbi decoction based on the Western medicine treatment. Results In the treatment group, 6 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases improved, 8 cases were effective, 4 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was86.6%. In the control group, 2 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases improved, 12 cases were effective, 10 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 66.6%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Based on conventional Western medicine therapy, Xuanbi decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of dampness-heat has better effect.
