手术弹性钉技术结合补肾活血汤治疗儿童孟氏骨折的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Surgical Elastic Nail Technique combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Monteggia Fracture Surgery in Children

目的探究弹性钉技术结合中药补肾活血汤对儿童孟氏骨折手术治疗的临床观察。方法选择2008年2月—2009年1月我院接治的60例儿童孟氏骨折患儿为研究对象,采用数字表分组法将其随机分为观察组30例并采用弹性钉技术结合中药补肾活血汤进行治疗,对照组30例只采用弹性钉技术治疗,通过随访记录比较两组患儿的疗效情况。结果通过对两组患儿3个月后的随访了解到,两组患儿都有不同程度的好转,其中观察组的患儿在优良率上较对照组要好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弹性钉技术结合中药补肾活血汤治疗儿童孟氏骨折是一种有效的治疗方法,临床可广泛采取。

Objective To explore the clinical observation of elastic nail technique combined with Bushen Huoxue decoction on Monteggia fracture surgery in children. Methods 60 cases of patients with Monteggia fracture in our hospital from February 2008 to January 2009 were selected as research objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases by adopting digital table grouping method. The observation group used elastic nail technique combined with Bushen Huoxue decoction. The control group used the elastic nail technique. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was recorded and compared by following-up.Results Through 3 months’ following-up, the two groups had different degrees of improvement, the excellent rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The elastic nail technique combined with Bushen Huoxue decoction on Monteggia fracture surgery in children is an effective treatment method, and it can be widely clinically adopted.
