五白方联合氟康唑治疗口腔念珠菌病50例

Wubai Decoction combined with Fluconazole in the Treatment of Oral Candidiasis for 50 Cases

目的观察分析五白方联合氟康唑治疗口腔念珠菌病的临床治疗效果。方法选择2014年1月—2015年1月期间在我院进行治疗的100例口腔念珠菌病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例患者,给予对照组患者采用生理盐水联合氟康唑进行治疗,观察组采用五白方联合氟康唑进行治疗,观察分析2组患者的治疗效果,真菌转阴率以及不良反应的发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率和真菌转阴率显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组患者均未出现不良反应。结论采用五白方联合氟康唑治疗口腔念珠菌病的临床治疗效果显著,能够有效提高真菌转阴率,治疗药物安全,无毒副作用,具有临床推广的应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wubai decoction combined with fluconazole in the treatment of oral candidiasis. Methods Selecting 100 cases of patients with oral candidiasi in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 as the research objects, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 50 cases. The control group was treated with normal saline combined with fluconazole. The observation group was treated with Wubai decoction combined with fluconazole. The therapeutic effect, fungal clearance rate and adverse reaction incidence of two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The total effective rate and fungal clearance rate of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistical significant（ P 〈 0.05）.Two groups of patients did not appear adverse reactions. Conclusion Wubai decoction combined with fluconazole in the treatment of oral candidiasis has significant clinical therapeutic effect, can effectively improve the fungal clearance rate and medication safety. It has non-toxic side effects, and has clinical application value.
