中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎30例及护理

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis and Nursing for 30 Cases

目的评价中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎护理现状,总结提升溃疡性结肠炎护理水平的临床方法。方法以随机方案选择本院近两年收取的60例溃疡性结肠炎病患,分组后,实验组接受中西医结合治疗+综合护理,对照组接受西医治疗+一般护理,观察2组入选患者治疗情况,并且进行比较。结果与对照组对比,实验组病患的有效率更高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论基于溃疡性结肠炎病患,开展中西医结合治疗+综合护理可提升病患有效率,还能改善其临床指征,缓解其疼痛感,可推广。

Objective To evaluate the present situation of nursing of integrated medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, and to sum-marize the clinical method of improving the nursing level of ulcerative colitis. Methods 60 cases of ulcerative colitis patients were randomly selected in our hospital in the past two years. After grouping, the experimental group received therapy of integrated medicine and comprehensive nursing. The control group was treated with Western medicine and general care. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results Comparing with the control group, the experimental group had higher effective rate, and there was statistical differ-ence（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Based on the ulcerative colitis patients, the application of therapy of integrated medicine and efficient comprehensive nursing care can improve effective rate and clinical indications, relieve pain, and it can be promoted.
