穴位埋线治疗运动系统疾病——梨状肌综合征

梨状肌损伤是导致梨状肌综合征的主要原因,疼痛是其主要表现。埋线治疗主穴:阿是穴(梨状肌体表投影线上)、承扶。配穴:小肠俞、殷门、风市、阳陵泉,腰部疼痛加肾俞透大肠俞。操作时患侧在上,医者用右手大拇指均匀用力寻找压痛点,阿是穴确定位置后,持针,快速入皮,缓慢进针,进针深度以贯通梨状肌筋膜,有异感时退针少许,将线埋入。每次治疗,以痛点处穿刺有松动感为度。

The injury is the main cause of piriformis syndrome, and the main performance is pain. The main points are Ashi point and Chengfu（BL36）. Xiaochangshu（BL27）, Yinmen（BL37）, Fengshi（GB31）, Yanglingquan（GB34） were also used. Shenshu（BL23） and Dahangshu（BL25） were used to lumbar pain. Operater often used the thumb to find the pain point, and then embedded the thread into the acupoint to obain a good effect.
