冬病夏治贴敷法治疗儿童变应性鼻炎120例

External Application of Treating Winter Disease in Summer in the Treatment Allergic Rhinitis in Children for 120 Cases

目的观察冬病夏治中药穴位贴敷法治疗儿童变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法 120例变应性鼻炎患儿每年三伏天进行中药穴位贴敷治疗,观察并记录每年治疗前及治疗后6个月鼻部症状评分、鼻部体征评分,并进行疗效判定。结果冬病夏治中药穴位贴敷能有效缓解AR患儿的临床症状,而且3年有效率明显高于1年(P<0.05)。结论冬病夏治中药穴位贴敷法通过多位点调节人体脏腑、经络,减轻临床症状,而且远期疗效确切,为治疗儿童变应性鼻炎提供了新方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint external application of treating winter disease in summer in treating allergic rhinitis in children. Methods 120 cases of children with allergic rhinitis were treated with acupoint external application in summer.The nasal symptom scores and nasal sign before and after treatment were observed and recorded, and the effect was evaluated. Results Acupoint external application of treating winter disease in summer can reduce nasal symptoms of children with allergic rhinitis, and the effect of 3 years was higher than that of 1 year（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint external application of treating winter disease in summer regulated human body’s viscera and meridians through multiple sites, can reduce nasal symptoms, and the long-term curative effect was confirmed. It provides a new way for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.
