深呼吸补泻法针刺配合丁香柿蒂汤治疗虚寒呃逆

Deep Breathing Reinforcing and Reducing Manipulations of Acupuncture Therapy combined with Dingxiang Shidi Decoction in the Treatment of Deficient Cold Hiccup

目的探讨运用深呼吸补泻法针灸结合中药辨证治疗虚寒呃逆的疗效。方法 26例虚寒呃逆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各13例。治疗组运用针灸配合中药辨证治疗;对照组单纯用中药治疗。观察2组疗效。结果治疗组明显优于对照组。(P<0.05)结论针灸配合中药辨证治疗虚寒性呃逆的疗效较好。

Objective To observe the effect of deep breathing reinforcing and reducing manipulations of acupuncture therapy combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of deficient cold hiccup. Methods 26 cases of patients with deficient cold hiccup were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 13 cases. The control group was treated with Chinese medicine. The treatment group was given acupuncture and Chinese medicine. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results The therapeutic effect of treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The acupuncture therapy combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of deficient cold hiccup has good effect.
