中医护理在肿瘤患者化疗期间的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing during the Chemotherapy in Cancer Patients

目的分析中医护理在肿瘤患者化疗期间的临床效果和应用价值。方法选取2012年10月—2014年10月收治的接受肿瘤化疗的患者76例为实验研究的对象,按照患者的入院顺序将患者分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=38),观察组患者给予中医护理,对照组患者给予一般护理,对比分析2组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者护理后焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分以及患者治疗依从率、护理满意度和胃肠道不良反应的发生情况均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用中医护理对肿瘤患者实施化疗期间护理可以提高临床护理质量和有效性,改善患者的焦虑和抑郁情况,提高患者的治疗依从率和对护理服务的满意程度,减少胃肠道不良反应的发生,具有较好的护理效果和安全性,值得临床推广和运用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and application value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing during the chemotherapy in cancer patients. Methods 76 cases of cancer patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected as objects, and the patients were divided into observation group（ n=38） and control group（n=38） according to the order of hospitalization. The patients in the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing, and the patients in the control group received conventional nursing. The clinical nursing effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS） score and self-rating depression scale（ SDS） score after nursing, as well as the compliance rate of treatment,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of tranditional Chinese medicine nursing during the chemotherapy in cancer patients can increase the nursing quality and effectiveness, improve the anxiety and depression condition, the compliance rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction, and can decrease the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine nursing has better nursing effect and safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
