摘要
目的研究中医饮食调护对胃癌术后化疗患者营养状况的影响。方法选取我院在2013年6月—2015年1月收治的62例胃癌术后化疗患者,根据饮食调护方法分为两组(n=31例),观察组予中医饮食调护措施,对照组予常规饮食调护措施,统计分析不同组别患者饮食调护效果。结果观察组患者饮食护理后营养指数优良率、护理后血红蛋白、血清白蛋白指标水平、饮食营养生活质量优良率分别为90.3%、(111.3±32.2)g/L、(36.2±5.1)g/L、93.5%,同对照组患者相比有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医饮食调护措施可显著改善胃癌术后化疗患者营养状况,提高其生活质量。
Objective To research the effect of TCM diet regulating on the nutritional status of patients with postoperative chemotherapy for gastric carcinoma. Methods Selecting 62 cases of postoperative gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy in our hospital from June2013 to January 2013, they were divided into two groups according to the diet regulating method, and each group had 31 cases. The ob-servation group used TCM diet regulating measures, and the control group used normal diet regulating measures. The diet regulating effect of different groups was analyzed. Results After diet nursing, the excellent rate of nutritional index, indicators of hemoglobin, serum albu-min level and the excellent rate of diet and nutrition quality of life of the observation group was 90.3 %,(111.3-32.2) g/L,(36.2-5.1)g/L and 93.5%, respectively, comparing with the control group, there was significant statistical significance( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion TCM diet regulating measures can significantly improve the nutritional status in patients with postoperative chemotherapy for gastric carci-noma and the quality of life.
