通窍活血汤治疗突发性耳聋的临床分析

Clinical analysis of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Sudden Deafness

目的探讨通窍活血汤加减治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法本次研究的83例突发性耳聋患者均为2014年9月—2015年8月期间收治,将其随机分为观察组42例和对照组41例,观察组采取通窍活血汤治疗,对照组患者采取常规西药治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者痊愈率为76.19%,治疗总有效率为97.62%;对照组患者的痊愈率为56.10%,治疗总有效率为82.93%。两组患者痊愈率和治疗总有效率的组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论通窍活血汤加减活疗突发性耳聋的临床效果确切,患者痊愈率较高,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods 83 cases of patients with sudden deafness from September 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into observation group of 42 cases and control group of 41 cases. The observation group adopt Tongqiao Huoxue decoction. The control group was treated by conventional Western medicine. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group was 76.19% and 97.62%, respectively. The cure rate and the total effective rate of the control group was 56.10 % and82.93%, respectively. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in the treatment of sudden deafness has definite clinical effect, and has higher cure rate. It is worthy of clini-cal promotion and application.
