滋阴壮阳胶囊治疗2型糖尿病勃起功能障碍临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of Ziyin Zhuangyang capluse in treating type 2 Diabetic Erectile Dysfunction

目的:观察滋阴壮阳胶囊治疗糖尿病勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的糖尿病勃起功能障碍患者,在控制血糖的情况下,治疗组加用中药滋阴壮阳胶囊治疗,对照组加用六位地黄汤治疗。2周为1个疗程,连续服用8周。结果:治疗组中医病症改善情况和IIEF-5评分明显高于对照组;治疗组治疗后IIEF-5评分较治疗前也显著提高。治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论:滋阴壮阳胶囊能提高糖尿病勃起功能障碍患者的阴茎勃起功能,有滋阴壮阳、活血固气的功效。

Objective： To observe the Clinical curative effect observation of Ziyin Zhuangyang capluse in treating type 2 Diabetic Erectile Dysfunction. Methods： Cases with diabetic erectile dysfunction were randomized divided into controlled and treatment group. While blood glucose was controlled, Zinyin Zhuangyang capsule and Liuwei Dihuang decoction were used in each group. 2weeks was decided as a treatment course and treating 8 weeks. Results： Erectile function international questionnaire（IIEF-5） scores obviously improved and was better than the control group and before the treatment. obviously improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ziyin Zhuangyang capsule for diabetes symptoms in patients with erectile dysfunction has certain treatment function.
