华蟾素配合化疗在消化系恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用

Cinobufacini combined with chemotherapy for treatment of gastrointestinal cancers

目的:探讨华蟾素与化疗联合治疗消化系恶性肿瘤的临床效果.方法:选取淮安第一人民医院2012-01/2013-12间的120例消化系恶性肿瘤患者作为此次临床研究对象,采取前瞻性临床对照研究将120例患者分为研究组与对照组,研究组给予华蟾素配合化疗治疗,对照组给予单纯化疗治疗,观察两组的临床治疗效果.结果:研究组vs对照组临床治疗有效率为61.7%vs 43.3%,两组的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前研究组vs对照组KPS评分为56.8分±5.9分vs 55.9分±6.3分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组vs对照组KPS评分为78.9分±6.7分vs 65.8分±6.0分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组vs对照组患者不良反应发生率为8.3%vs 21.7%,两组数据的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:临床中对于消化系恶性肿瘤患者应用华蟾素联合化疗治疗效果显著,降低化疗中的并发症与不良反应,值得临床中应用与推广.

AIM：To evaluate the clinical effects of cinobufacini combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies.METHODS：One hundred and twenty patients with gastrointestinal malignancies were divided into either a study group or a control group.The study group was given cinobufacini combined with chemotherapy,and the control group was given chemotherapy alone.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.RESULTS：The response rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group（61.7%vs 43.3%,P〈0.05）.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in KPS score between the two groups（study group us control group：56.8 points ± 5.9 pointsυs 55.9 points ± 6.3 points,P〉0.05）;after treatment,the KPS score was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group（78.9 points ± 6.7 points us 65.8 point ±6.0 points,P〈0.05）.The incidence of toxic side effects was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group（8.3%vs 21.7%,P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Cinobufotalin combined with chemotherapy for patients with gastrointestinal cancers significantly reduces the occurrence of side effects and complications associated with chemotherapy.
