复合式型钢冷床在百米高速钢轨生产线的应用研究

Application Research of Combination Section Steel Cooling Bed in Hundred Meters High-speed Rail Production Line

型钢冷床是型钢生产线上的重要设备,将轧制后的型钢进行横向移送,并在移送过程中逐渐冷却,在保证产品质量的前提下达到均匀、快速冷却的效果。随着先进生产工艺的出现,对生产型钢及钢轨设备的功能也逐渐提高。为适应生产百米高速钢轨(重轨),提出根据不同产品要求,在冷却过程中采用自动预弯、强制冷却等附加功能,并对冷床传动形式等进行系统研究,研发出了百米高速钢轨生产线用复合式型钢步进冷床。

Section steel cooling bed is an important equipment in section steel production line. It can transfer section steel after rolling horizontally and gradually cool the section steel during the transfer process to achieve the effect of uniform and rapid cooling on the premise of ensuring product quality. With the emergence of advanced production technology,the functions of production of section steel and rail equipment are gradually improving. In order to meet the production requirements of hundred meters high speed steel rail（ heavy rail）,we propose according to different product requirements,use additional features as automatic pre- bent and force cooling during cooling,and make systematically study on transmission mode of the cooling bed,then developed stepping compound section steel cooling bed equipment used in hundred meter high- speed rail production line.
