Production Technology Overview of Seamless Bearing Steel Tubes

轴承钢管是轴承钢二火成材产品,作为轴承套圈用钢,其生产有其特殊性和严格要求。由于国家整体冶炼水平及生产企业自身存在的问题和轴承套圈加工技术的发展,轴承钢管在质量,生产成本,材料利用率等方面优势不明显,其发展空间受到挤压。基于轴承钢的生产现状,讨论轴承钢管生产存在问题,探索了轴承钢管今后的发展思路,并提出了建议。

Bearing tube is the twice-heating production of bearings. As a raw material of bearing rings,its production has own peculiarities and rigorous requirements. The bearings tube also don＇t have evident competition superiority in quality,production cost,availability rate due to the development level of national melting process,existing problem of enterpris itself,and recent major achievement of bering rings in machining process,as a result,the further development of bearing tube is therefore limited. In this paper it is detailedly discussed the production status and existing problems of bearing tubes,and proposed that the develop targets and some suggestions basis on production status of bearing steels.
