摘要
本文详细地阐述了用三菱可编程序控制器对毛条染色机改造的设计思想和方法。其中提出的对毛条染色工艺数字化方法,可方便、简明地实现工艺的计算机存贮及工艺的可编程。用模糊控制算法来对毛条染色机这一类大滞后大惯性系统的控制方法,经实际运行表明具有较强的实用价值。
In this paper,detailed idea ad method to improve woolen dyejigger with Mitsubishi PLCare introduced .And the digitalization of technology of woolen dye explained in the papermakes it more convenient and simple to realize the storage and program of the technology. Fussy control on systems of large lag and large sluggishness such as woolen dyejigger has a lot of practical value and it has been proved by experiment.
