放大器负反馈深度最佳值的计算方法

摘要 本文全面地分析了负反馈放大器闭环增益的模值和相角,发现闭环增益频率特性曲线高频段的突峰所对应的相角近似地为-90度。在这个突峰值近似地等于放大器闭环增益低频段的数值的情况下,找到了计算负反馈深度最佳值的方法。负反馈深度处于最佳值时,放大器的瞬态互调失真(TIM失真)最小,通频带最宽。且该方法比奈奎期特(Nyquist)方法有效和可靠。 In this paper the modulus and phase-angle of the closed-loop-gain of the negative feed-back in amplifier are comprehensively analysed, and it is discovered that the phase-angle cor-responding to the peak in the high frequency range of the closed-loop-gain frequency charac-teristicsis approximately -90 degrees;Under this condition that the peak value is nearly e-qual to the value of the low-frequency range of the closed-loop-gain,a method of calculationfor the optimum value of the negative feedback depth in which the amplifier has the lowestTIM distortion and the widest throttling band is found out.This method is more effectiveand reliable than that of Nyquist’s.
