Trade cost is the core concept of modern enterprise theory,the basic principle of which is that the enterprise system and market system can replace each other as means of coordinat-ing production and distributing resources. The most important character of an enterprise is to use the “visible hand”management instead of the “invisible hand”price sybtem in the mar-ket.This paper mainly deals with the faults in traditional market theory,the basic idea of modern enterprise theory and the center of modem enterprise system.
