本文介绍了为两只 7K1 0 0 C型高压氪灯设计的 IGBT连续激光器电源 ,其主电路采用 PWM工作方式 ,控制电路采用 PID方式对整个电源系统进行调节和校正。该电源具有具有很高的稳流精度和良好的动态调节性能。
The paper introduces the IGBT continous laser power supply designed for two types of 7K100C high voltage Kr lamps. Its main circuit works in PWM mode and control circuit in PID mode which can adjust and rectify the whole power supply system. This power supply possessed standing current precision and excellent dynamic regulation performance.
