摘要
本文提出了用圆形紧凑拉伸试件测试弹塑性断裂力学中的J积分值,并系统地研究了圆形紧凑拉伸试件的J积分测试方法。具体内容包括:①当试件尺寸较小不能直接记录施力点位移时圆形试件的柔度标定问题;②圆形试件的极限载荷和J积分计算公式以及实验验证;③断裂韧性测试中的几个问题。
In this paper, a measurement method is suggeted for pla- stoelastic fracture toughuesss test using the circularshape compact ten- sion specimen, and three problems in J-integral measurement are discussed :1) Compliance calibration for small-sized circular-shape specimen. 2) Based on the theory of the slip line field and the Jrintegral definition, a formula of limiting load and formulas of J-integral are deduced. 3) Problems in fracture toughness testing.
