单轴惯性圆运动振动筛的失振分析及解决失振问题的途径与方法

摘要 单轴惯性圆运动振动筛的失振问题是生产实际中经常遇到的一个急需解决的问题。本文从单轴惯性圆运动振动筛的力学模型出发,在建立和求解其动力学微分方程的基础上,利用振幅计算公式和幅频特性曲线,对失振问题进行了分析和研究,并提出了防止产生失振现象的基本方法。 Vibration loss probem of single axle inertia vibrating screen in circular motion is commonly found in practice which is in urgent need of resolution. This paper begins with a mechanical model of single axle inertia vibrating screen in circular motion, and on the basis of formulating and resolving dynamic differential equations, taking advantage of amplitude algorithm and amplitude versus frequency characteristic, the paper makes an analysis and research on shock loss problem, and advances an approach for its prevention.
