微机在矿山装运调度系统中的应用

摘要 本文运用随机模拟方法模拟了南芬露天铁矿的生产过程中的汽车运行过程,且在采、卸场比(1:N)的情况下比较实际地模拟矿山装运系统的生产,过程,求得合理的铲车比和最佳配车方案,并将BASIC语言和DBASE Ⅱ语言结合起来编程,用人-机对话方式显示最佳配车方案,且随时进行调整,对装运系统进行调度管理。 By investigating the production process in Nan Fen Iron Opencut, we find that the load and transportation system of electric sho- vels and dump trucks are the main factors affecting the opencut production. The proportion of the numbers of electric shovels and dump trucks has a direct influence on the mine's economic performance. We simulate the process of truck-running by random simulation method, and simulate the production process of loading and transportation system in a relatively practical way, when the porportion of the mining and the discharging fields is 1: N in order to get a rational shovel-truck ratio and an opti- mum arrangement of trucks. Both BASIC language and DBASE Ⅱ docu- ments are used to compile our assembly and the optimum truck arrangement plan is worked out by man-computer dialogue. Moreover, the plan can be adjusted at any time so as to dispatch and manage the load and transpor- tation system.
