《中华人民共和国环境影响评价法》是建设项目环境影响后评价的法律依据,中国环境影响后评价的起步较晚,相关制度正在完善,对于开展后评价的对象及评价内容,以及后评价相适应的技术方法,还需要根据不同情形进行深入探讨。通过探讨环境影响后评价的适用对象、适用情形、主要工作内容,并以某码头建设项目环境影响后评价为例,介绍了环境影响后评价的主要工作内容,希望为环境影响后评价工作的规范提供借鉴。

Environmental Assessment Law of Peoples' Republic of China is the legal basis of post environmental impact assessment of construction project.China's research on post environmental impact assessment started late.The evaluation system related is still under development,and the objects,process,details,suitable methods need in- depth discussion according to the different situation.This paper discusses the applicable objects,applying conditions,work details of post environmental impact assessment.Taking a port construction project for example,this study presents the main details of environmental impact post- assessment in a bid to provide references for the specification of this field.
