摘要
随着流域工农业和社会不断发展,大量工农业废水和生活污水排入河道,使得水环境污染状况越来越严重,文中针对开都-孔雀河流域现状,采用河流一维模型和湖库非均匀混合模型,分析计算了开都-孔雀河流域各主要河流水功能区纳污能力,制定了污染物总量控制指标,并针对流域环境及污染特点,从工程措施、监督和管理措施两方面,提出了切实可行的水资源保护措施。
With the continuous development of industry, agriculture and society, much industrial, agricultural and domestic sewage has been discharged into rivers, and the water pollution is getting more and more serious.According to the status of Kaidu-kongque basin, this paper uses one-dimensional river model and uniform mixture model to analyze and calculate the environ-mental carrying capacity of water function zones of major river and to set the total pollutant control targets , according to the charac-teristics of basin environment and pollution.The feasible countermeasures for water resources protection were put forward from the perspectives of engineering measures and management measures.
