Evaluation of Implementing Effect of Ecological City Construction Plan in Fuzhou

开展生态市建设规划成效评估是检验规划实施成效的重要方法,文中以福州市生态市建设规划为例,探讨了生态市建设规划实施评估的原则和评估技术路线,对规划实施情况进行总结回顾,对规划实施的主要措施、规划指标体系和重点项目进行成效评估,分析了规划实施存在的主要问题,提出下一步规划实施建议。

It is a most important method to examine the plan implementation effect by carrying out evaluation of implementation effect in the ecological city construction planning. Taking Fuzhou ecological city construction planning as the object,this paper discussed the principle and technology route of ecological city construction planning implementation evaluation,reviewed the planning implementation advance,evaluated the main measurements,index system,and key projects of the implementation of planning,made the diagram of evaluation effect,analyzed the main problems of planning implementation. Some suggestions on plan implementation were put forward.
