摘要
重金属污染土壤的修复是环境工程领域重要的研究方向,而利用微生物来修复重金属污染土壤具有很大的发展潜力。文中阐述了微生物在重金属污染土壤修复中的重要性并详细讨论了微生物修复的作用机理。介绍了生物表面活性剂及其生产菌株与化学表面活性剂相比所具有的优点及在修复污染土壤中的作用。总结了植物-微生物联合修复的特点并分析了植物与微生物之间的协同作用机理。为微生物应用于重金属污染土壤的修复提供理论基础与数据参考并对未来研究方向做了展望。
The remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil is an important research aspect in environmental engineering,and there is much development potentialfor using microorganismto remediate heavy metal contaminated soil. The significance of microorganism in the remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil was elaborated in this paper,and the functional mechanism of microorganism remediation was discussed in detail. The advantages of bios- surfactants and producing strains compared to the chemical surfactants and the role in contaminated soil remediation were introduced. The characteristics of plant- microbecombination remediationwere summarized and the mechanism of synergistic action between the plant and microorganism was analyzed. The theoretical basisanddata referencewere providedfor microbe application in the remediation of heavy metal contaminated soiland some perspectives for future research were proposed.
