摘要
防护距离的确定,是建设项目环境影响评价工作的重要组成部分。目前,确定方法主要有卫生防护距离和大气环境防护距离两种。基于环境风险评价的概念,考虑事故状况下的不利影响,在建设项目防护距离设置中引入环境风险评价的结论,并以某化工企业为实例,结合环境风险影响预测结果,将事故时易燃物料火灾伴生CO预测浓度超过半致死浓度(LC50浓度)的区域设置为环境风险防护距离,纳入到建设项目防护距离管理,对建设项目环境管理有一定的指导意义。
The determination of protection distance is an important part of the environmental impact assessment of construction projects. At present,the methods mainly include two kinds of health protection distance and atmospheric environment protection distance. Based on the concept of environmental risk assessment,considering the adverse effects of accident,the conclusion of environmental risk assessment in the determine protection distance for construction projects was introduced. Taking a chemical enterprises as an example,combined with the environment risk impact forecast results,prediction of CO concentration in the fire associated with the accident over the LC50 concentration of the area is set to the environmental risk protection distance,integrated into the construction of project protection distance management had certain practical significance for environmental control of construction projects.
