摘要
Superpave沥青混合料设计是一种较为新型的沥青混合料设计体系,本文使用能更好模拟路面实际碾压过程的旋转压实仪(SGC)制作混合料试件,对于设计的混合料级配,进行严格控制集料禁区(避开)、控制点(包含在内)及混合料的目标空隙(4%),通过这些措施保证沥青混合料整体结构的稳定性,使得粗集料形成骨架结构的同时,也能保证沥青裹附集料,同时在内部流动迁移。本文采用Superpave沥青混合料设计方法进行Ⅰ水平Superpave-19沥青混合料设计,给出设计混合料的级配和最佳沥青用量,又对施工工艺进行了初步探讨,研究结论对于实际工程具有一定的参考意义。
Superpave asphalt mixture design is a relatively new asphalt mixture design system.In this paper,the rotary compactor(SGC)which can better simulate the actual rolling process of the pavement is used to make the mixture test piece.,strictly control the restricted area of the aggregate(avoidance),the control point(included)and the target void ratio (4%) of the mixture.Through these measures,the stability of the overall structure of the asphalt mixture is ensured,so that the coarse aggregate forms a skeleton.At the same time, the structure can also ensure that the asphalt is surrounded by aggregates and flows inside.In this paper,the Superpave asphalt mixture design method was used to design the Ⅰ level Superpave-19 asphalt mixture.The gradation of the design mixture and the optimum asphalt dosage were given.The construction process was discussed.The research conclusions are certain for the actual project.The meaning of the reference.
