应用品管圈活动对提升医院感染管理工作质量的探讨

Investigation of quality control circle activities to improving the quality of hospital infection management work

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动对提升医院感染管理工作质量的作用。方法通过在全院组织医院感染管理QCC活动,结合临床观察,对某医院在开展QCC活动前后医务人员手卫生依从性、医院感染率和呼吸机相关肺炎发病率等指标进行评价和比较。结果本次QCC活动目标达成83项,涉及15类医院感染薄弱环节。开展QCC活动1个月之后,医务人员手卫生依从性由73.81%提高到95.63%;医院感染发病率从2.93%下降至0.84%;呼吸机相关性肺炎发病率从18.94‰下降至4.98‰;导尿管相关尿路感染发病率由5.46‰下降至1.04‰;中心静脉导管相关血流感染发病率从12.52‰下降至1.92‰。结论开展QCC活动有效降低了医院感染发病率,明显提高了医院感染管理水平,取得满意的结果。

Objective To observe the role of quality control circle（ QCC） activities on improving the quality of hospital infection management work. Methods QCC activities in the hospital and the clinical observation were used to evaluate and compare the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff,hospital infection rates,the incidence of ventilator- associated pneumonia and other indicators before and after the QCC activities. Results The activity had reached 83 projects,involved with 15 weak links of hospital infection categories. After the activities taken for 1 month,the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff raised from 73. 81% to 95. 63%,the incidence of hospital infection decreased from 2. 93% to 0. 84%,the incidence of VAP decreased from 18. 94 ‰ to 4. 98 ‰,CA- UTI incidence decreased from 5. 46 ‰ to 1. 04 ‰,CR- BSI incidence decreased from 12. 52 ‰ to 1. 92 ‰. Conclusion QCC activities can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and improve the management level of hospital infection. The results are effective and satisfactory.
