无锡市托幼机构消毒质量监测结果分析

Surveillance analysis on nursery disinfection quality in Wuxi City

目的了解托幼机构消毒质量现状,查出存在问题,提出改进措施。方法通过回顾性调查方法,对无锡市托幼机构消毒质量监测数据进行了调查与分析。结果无锡市在2010-2014年期间从辖区内托幼机构共采集各种消毒对象标本11 218件,平均合格率为90.06%。各年度托幼机构消毒质量合格率分别为89.53%、89.55%、89.22%、90.78%和90.58%。托幼机构餐(饮)具卫生合格率为93.01%,室内空气和工作人员手卫生合格率分别为88.50%和79.28%。结论无锡市托幼机构的消毒质量总体较好,应重点关注室内空气和工作人员手卫生质量。

Objective To survey the disinfection quality in nursery institutions so as to find out problems and to propose improvement measures. Methods The disinfection quality surveillance data of nurseries in Wuxi was reviewed and analyzed. Results From 2010 to 2014,11 218 samples were collected from nurseries in Wuxi municipal districts. The gross average qualified rate was 90. 06%. From 2010 to 2014,yearly average qualified rate were 89. 53%,89. 55%,89. 22%,90. 78% and 90. 58% respectively. Disinfection qualified rates of tableware,room air and hand hygiene were 93. 01%,88. 50% and 79. 28% respectively. Conclusion The nursery disinfection quality in Wuxi is well overall. But room air and hand hygiene should be paid more attention.
