某综合医院鲍曼不动杆菌医院感染情况及耐药性监测 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解鲍曼不动杆菌医院感染情况和耐药性变化趋势,为预防其感染提供参考。方法通过回顾性分析方法,对某医院临床分离的679株鲍曼不动杆菌资料进行统计分析。结果调查期间,从全院临床送检病原学标本中,共分离出病原菌5 309株,其中鲍曼不动杆菌679株,检出率为12.79%,分离率呈逐年上升趋势。鲍曼不动杆菌感染标本主要来自呼吸科、保健科和神经科,感染部位主要是呼吸道。临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、环丙沙星和米诺环素较敏感,对其他抗菌药物耐药率均比较高。结论该医院鲍曼不动杆菌感染率逐年增加,耐药严重,应加强耐药菌监测和提高药敏试验率。
